With the zipper, you can make your transport cover for the Åreskutan and Lillskutan roof tents roomier and pack extra items on top. It also makes it easier to close the transport cover when you have blankets and pillows in the roof tent and to fit something on top.

The extension zipper is of the YKK brand and to fit your transport cover, your existing zipper must also be the same brand. The brand is on the tab you hold to pull.

The extension part is 10 cm in height compared to the standard zipper's 3 cm.
